But today if we look at our system, it is found that less
than 5% students are able to kick-start their carrier, after they complete
their academics.
While it takes years together for others to get placed or to
establish themselves, and unfortunately end up with small pay jobs or unstable
business.
It is neither the fault of the students nor of the education
system, but yes unfortunately after the student completes his academics &
faces the market, the real world does he realize, that he needs more than just
a degree.
And many don’t even realize or rather they just don’t understand
why they are not been selected in the interview, or able to explore the right
opportunity.
The reason is that apart from academics, to make a place in
the market, one needs something more.
All the successful people out there have one thing in
common…. They have developed remarkable Leadership & Entrepreneurship
skills.
It is these skills that have made some ordinary people
extraordinary.
There is no doubt that soft skills training is a part of
your curriculum
but they are not competent enough to sculpt you into a pro.
And just by attending English speaking & personality development
program is again not of much use.
Hence to enrich students with Entrepreneurship &
Leadership qualities we, The Soul House have come up with a solution to provide
students a comprehensive training on Entrepreneurship & Leadership Skills
development.
And that too a certification program without messing up with
your academic schedules.
And just because it is for the Students, it is absolutely
free. That means you do not have to pay any fees to be a part of this program.
This program is developed keeping in mind the challenges
that fresher faces in the market and hence has been divided in two sections.
First is the Class Room Training & the second is the
On-Field Training or what can be said as hands on job experience.
The class room training would be conducted every Sunday for
three hours and on-field project is as per your and your group’s time
convenience.
The on-field project is all about taking short health &
wellbeing based surveys of families and promoting them education program for
betterment.
While the Class room training is free, you are even
motivated financially for your efforts while you are on-field.
This is a Four month project. And those who complete it successfully
are awarded the certificate of empowerment on Entrepreneurship & Leadership
Skill Development Program.
Apart from this Certificate there are achiever certificates
and trophies followed with huge cash rewards.
This program is designed for students to acquire better jobs
or set their foot as a performer entrepreneur in the near future.
In this certification program you would learn how to build
your vision, enhance your creativity improve your presentation and
interpersonal skills, generating confidence.
It would sharpen your convincing ability & persuasion
skills,
you would learn planning, execution and team building.
You would also have a deeper understanding of the current
market trends, the likes - dislikes of people, through direct interaction.
This is a four month program and we are in the process of
